This section showcases each of the patient steps required to complete the Repeat weight loss journey.

See the ‘How do I order my next weight loss treatment?’ content for the different paths that users can take to start their monthly re-order journey.

Video guide: Phlo Clinic (Mobile) ​

Mobile: Repeat WL journey

  • Step one - Log in to your Phlo Clinic account.
  • Step two - Start a new WL order from My Account (Home).
  • Step three - You should be directed to a new screen which reads ‘Welcome back, {your_first_name}’ with an image containing your brand of weight loss treatment.
  • Step four - Complete your monthly clinical check-in as directed.
  • Step five - Select your preferred treatment for this month. If your side effects have been minimal/bearable, we recommend moving up one strength. If your side effects have been worse than usual, we recommend staying at your current strength or moving down one.
  • Step six - Ensure your order details are correct, before moving on to Payment method and completing your Phlo Clinic order.
  • Step seven - You should now see an order confirmation screen and receive an email with the next steps!.

  • Step one - Log in to your Phlo Clinic account.
  • Step two - Start a new WL order from My Account (Home).
