This section showcases the patient's steps to complete the Starter Weight Loss journey.

Starter WL journey - Mobile (Oct 2024)
- Step one - From either the ‘All weight loss’ or Mounjaro/Wegovy product pages, tap the ‘Start your free consultation’ button.
- Step two - On the weight loss landing view with three steps listed, tap ‘Let’s start'.
- Step three - Enter the email address you’d like associated with your order and agree to the Terms and Conditions to continue.
- Step four - Complete the clinical consultation. If you’re ineligible for treatment, we’ll inform you of this decision at the end of the questionnaire.
- Step five - Read the Clinical consent and tap ‘Continue’ if you agree.
- Step six - Select your preferred weight loss treatment (Mounjaro or Wegovy).
- Step seven - Fill in a few basic details and create a password for your account.
- Step eight - Search for—or manually add—your preferred delivery address.
- Step nine - Confirm your order details are correct on the ‘Checkout’ page.
- Step ten - Select your preferred payment method (We support Apple Pay, Google Pay and Debit or Credit card) and complete your order.
- Step eleven - You should now see an order confirmation screen and receive an email with the next steps!
