- Basic troubleshooting for patient sign in issues
- This will explain fixes for common sign in issues and how to resolve before raising a request to engineering.
Steps:
The most common is clicking on a password reset link that has expired, the email links only last for 15 minutes.
Try and direct them to the app without any email links in the first instance and type their email and password. Or request a new password, https://app.phloclinic.co.uk/forgot-password.
If they have tried to reset their password and click on the password reset link they might end up going around the app in circles or getting an error.
Ask patient to check if they are already logged in - visit https://app.phloclinic.co.uk/my-account and if you're logged in you should see order history. If they aren't signed in, using a new/different browser or device or an incognito/private window - visit https://app.phloclinic.co.uk/sign-in and enter email and password.
If that doesn't work reset password - enter email on https://app.phloclinic.co.uk/forgot-password, they will have 15 minutes to then reset it.
