Update repeat request state

Details:

The update requests button has been changed to a dropdown so that the state can be moved back.

Steps:

• Open up the request order for the patient.

• here will now be a move button that will allow you to move the request to any state, as long as it is the next state or the previous state..

• You can move Pending > Processed but not Pending > Completed, and the opposite you can't go Completed > Pending.

  

• Flow of the order should be Pending > Processed > Completed.
